How do we get from an initial enquiry to the finished product?

First we need something to base the design on. Clear images from multiple angles allow our design specialist to create a production ready digital model using our state of the art 3d imaging software. The key to getting the absolute best outcome for your product is the design stage, we will keep tweaking and revising the design until you’re 100% satisfied.

After that we can begin the first stage of production, this is where we create a metal mold, it will be from this metal mold that all the USBs are produced. Some colouring and detailing may come afterwards (depending on the design) but this is predominantly where the magic happens.

Each Custom Flash Drive is then quality checked, loaded with data (if required), securely packaged and then delivered to your door.
