Our Solid Metal Range

Popular among those looking for a particularly premium feel.

As you might expect solid metal cases are a little heavier than your typical case.
Predominantly these are made from brushed steel and they lend themselves beautifully to laser engraving.

Colour printing is also an option but the method should be carefully considered. When using silkscreens the durability of the print isn’t always the best due to the polished metal surface and because of this this we strongly recommend either UV printing or above that Laser engraving as the best options for custom branding this range.

Digital Mock Up

Once you’ve found a model or models you like the next step is preparing and finalising the digital design.
Send us your logo and a member of our a design team will get to work on a free digital sample proof.
This will show your logo superimposed on to the USB Flash Drive.

Production

After you have approved the digital design we’ll get to work on production.
Depending on the model and branding required we may print a real life sample and send you images for one final check prior to mass production.

Data Pre-Loading

It is at the production stage that we’ll pre-load any files to your USB.
Pre-loading anything from PDF docs to promo Videos and Photos is a great way to increase the bang for your buck.
We can even lock the files to the Flash Drive so they can’t be deleted.

Delivery

Once mass production has been completed your order will be packed securely and couriered to your door.
